  Wow, customer service is terrible, cashier was barely audible. Service was REALLY slow! Most of the tables were dirty, considering there was only 1 other customer and it took a most 10min to get 3 drinks. Management needs to do a way better job in their training. I frequent DD's on the regular and this is the 1st time thst I have been this disgusted with third service.

  Was completely ignored by five day shift employees recently. I guess they are indifferent towards the homeless. Was clean and well dressed, as was my fiancee yet you'd have thought we were stinky lepers the way we were treated. This location will not get my business, lest they replace or retrain the crew on days.

  Counter people weren't that customer service oriented. Actually look like they hated their job. We came in on a Sunday around 1:00 and most of the donuts were sold out. Seriously? ! It's Sunday. Someone was sweeping the floor right in front of our feet while we stood in line. I mean RIGHT in front, like I'm sure my toes were tapped with the broom. Not impressed at all
