We were the only people waiting and there were alot of tables open, yet it still took 15 minutes to be seated. Then, it took 20 minutes to get our drinks, we actually got our appetizer before our drinks. That's probably because someone other than our server brought that out. It took over an hour to get our food. Other tables who came in long after us got their food before we did. Then our glasses sat empty for quite some time. My husband had ordered another beer and she forgot he did and he had to ask her again. I called the manager over to express the extremely poor service we were receiving, he offered to give a discount, but then never put it on our bill. We were so fed up we just wanted to get the heck out of there...so we paid just so we could be done with the whole terrible experience.December 02, 2016
